How much protein do you eat per day?
Atm i'm 204lb and eating 250g proteins ed... last year was near 400ish... pretty usuless since i growth less, but i was more lean...
What's your experience?

I stopped caring a while back
I hardly eat any protein and it's mainly vegan protein sources
I have noticed no difference no loss strength
If anything I feel better

When I bulk which is about 3-4 months out of year I'll up cals to around 4500 highest maybe 5k and have 400-450 grams protein day 5 days a week and fast half days Saturday n Sunday. Less proteins as well on those days. Does well for me gaining muscle last bulk equated around 20lbs of solid mass but over 40lba of weight gained. So next bulk won't be as impressive of gains.
6ft 225 lb 9% fat now. And eating about 250 grams a day protein now now also just cruising on the vitamin T

I'm around 160lb and I eat 160 grams of protein on a daily basis. I grow slowly but surely and I don't get too much fat. During cutting season I increase my protein intake and lower my carbs.
