Josh has a very high IQ and has a keen ability to learn pretty much anything if he wants to or cares to. Building an entire car and now a house on your own is no easy feat and its a pretty remarkable thing to do in my opinion. It also demonstrates that he has zero fear of failure at all, which is what hinders most of everyone when it comes to doing anything.

Smart guy (with certain things) and occasionally funny. That being said: I'm honest and can't stand all the knob-gobbling people will do to make sure he doesn't decide to cyber-stalk them and post personal information. Many of you are fucking hypocrites and love to pick and choose when to be all hyper-Republican, pull yourself up by the bootstraps, bullshit.
I'm never near Regina but would hang with him because he's honest. Yes, he goes off about shit and we've had a disagreement (or three :) ), but you never have to wonder if a post was an act.

Cool 8x24 shed. I helped my dad build one of those a few years back. Took us a couple of days.
Might I recommend a gabled roof to aid in water dispersion, caps on the corners, and skirting on the foundation (to keep the critters out).
