I'm not saying the guy is natural but I do remember him being in some natural bodybuilding mags back in the 1980's and claiming natural at that time too.

Here's a pic of him with Arnold and he doesn't exactly look huge

Is that at his best?  If so, yeah it doesn't seem impossible.
 
Would be very interesting to see if he'd deny being on hrt or trt, currently.  That could go a long way toward answering the question about his past.
