Like most things, if done right, it looks good. Take Bostin Loyd as an example: he uses synthol on his chest and arms, but he uses it wisely.

Should have gotten one of those low dollar whores to suck all the infection out before having to result to such a drastic measure.

He needs his head amputated.

Should be a 100 page thread when Rich Piano develops problems with whatever is in his body.

That website is bullshit

He kept his arms by the way

Also probably nothing to with "synthol" but rather ADE oil so commonly used in those parts of the globe.

I'm sometimes amazed when people on getbig actually think that those Brazilian and middle eastern guys are using synthol to get that cloud-arm look, if anyone, you guys should know better. Synthol is not only expensive as hell when used to THAT degree of abuse, but it will not make your arms look like water-balloons. Bostin is probably the worst-case of synthol abuse, and his arms, though are very "puffy," at least look like there's SOME muscle on them. And he's admitted to using hundreds of CCs pre-contest.
I'm not sure what Valentino had in his arms, but even his had a hard muscle look to them (though deformed to all hell), even at their biggest.

If not synthol what's your conclusion?

In Brazil, the alternative to the use of Synthol and other oils, is a veterinary medicine for relatively inexpensive and easily accessible: the ADE vitamin compound.
Each 100 ml of SDW is usually composed of 2,500,000 to 25,000,000 IU vitamin A, 500,000 to 7,000,000 IU of vitamin D and 1650 to 7000 IU vitamin E.  Officially, this product is recommended to treat vitamin and infections in cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, goats and rabbits (there are no clear recommendations for use in dogs and cats).

And this would give the misshapen size we keep seeing? How would it be implemented?

ADE oil is very cheap. They can inject that shit by the boatload. And because its not meant to be an SEO, and they lack muscle to begin with, it gives them extremely misshapen "muscles." These people won't make the amount of money required for that much synthol their whole lives. These people are usually from rural, poor parts of Brazil, so no way they're ordering Syntherol or Painless Pumps.

Interesting, either way gotta be mental to pump shit like that into your body. Scary lengths people go to.

The vitamin A content of that particular injectable is high enough to cause toxic reactions and actually has killed at least one person in Brazil. I  am guessing it's the Vit D in that stuff that sticks around so long and adheres to the muscle.

The vitamin D in ADE causes calcium deposits in muscles and organs like kidneys causing damage.
