My biggest worry with his come back is that he may get injured.
No need to do this massive weights. One tear of a muscle of tendon and his comeback is over.
I'd going for full range and volume - 8-12 reps is the sweet spot for compound movements - even for Kevin. Don't spoil the comeback just by trying to impress the fans on Instagram.
Build that solid super responder muscle with solid volume reps!

agreed, constant tension FTW
btw, Kev is a cool and decent dude 8)
-
exactly my thoughts!
Those roids got on his brain! Thats why people need trainers...to keep calm and train smart!

maybe you should be his personal trainer

Dude should focus on pump and volyme. 8-12 reps and lots of lots of set!
And taking 2 years of focus on back hamstring and glutes! Bcz He will look like a bikiniboy when they turn around on the stage!
-
Thing is his 8-12 reps is pretty much 405 on the flat and he does that with ease, light for his standard

Would love to be. Seriously. (And no homo). I honestly think he could benefit from me training him.
