Steel cut stuff getting rather boring by itself.
What do you add to yours?

If im being rigid, I just use sweetened almond or coconut milk.
Otherwise it's honey, blueberries, bananas, raspberries etc

There was this period back in the early 90s when the magazines seemed to be pushing the idea of mixing egg whites and oatmeal and cooking it all together. Sounds disgusting, like a failed "healthy" oatmeal cookie.

I mix dry instant oatmeal with cinnamon, stevia and unsweetened applesauce, and just eat it like that uncooked. It's delicious.

recently tried to mix in some coconut milk while mixing the oatmeal. Pretty good. Then top it with raisins.
Some places you can even get fat reduced coconut milk.

Yeah, I used to think the same thing. Couldn't imagine I could be pretty much lowcarb all the time. Then I got older. It's the only thing that works for me at my age and with my lifestyle.

According to True Adonis, it would not make you fat, as long as you do not exceed your maximum caloric intake.
True Adonis can eat ONLY junk food and stay lean as long as he keeps his calories under control.

I make it with either one scoop of vanilla fart powder or use 2% milk. Sometimes I mix in some scrambled eggs and cheese.

nah man, you can eat an entire bowl of table sugar, just don't exceed your daily allotted cals. When it comes to nutrition, that's all that matters.

I may try this, switch back over to carbs again. But with lo carb I don't have to count calories at all, makes it a lot easier.

I like cream of buckwheat or oat bran more
But I like the Irish steel cut oats too
I'll put penzeys cinnomon and penzeys vanilla extract in it
And some blueberries and sometimes a little nut butter

I try to avoid all added sugars and sweets. My one weakness is lucky charms. Fuck you you little Irish bastard!! >:(
