I always thought 2006 was one of his better years, it stacks up OK to '09.

I think 09 was his best look, very closely followed by 01. I could see an argument being made for his 01 look being his best, but in 09 he was just as lean and had more size. The hair was spot on in 09, too LOL

If Ramy can hold 330 on his size frame I don't see why Jay couldn't hold close to 360 and still have some abs
