Title: I Need All Of Your Prayers And JuJu-Surgery Schduled For Tomorrow!
Post by: Fallsview on June 29, 2016, 05:59:54 AM: No other forum bans together for support than GetBig. I always can count of the members of GetBig to "Belly Up To The Bar" in times of need. Well, my friends I need all the support and prayers I can get.
Tomorrow I will be going in under the knife for surgery. Two rotator cuffs completely torn, bicep torn and Labrum. I took my Hummer out for one last drive in the desert yesterday since I'll be in a immobilizer for a few weeks and unable to drive. Wish we luck.

Labrum was years of constant abuse. Rotator and bicep was heavy military/lateral raises. Hence the old post about what is the correct form of Lateral Raises...I always did them like pouring a bottle of wine...Like that crazy old man Gironda suggested. He was wrong.

I had the same problems, I do overhead presses with a trap bar, takes all the joint issues away for me. Good luck.
