Could also be from heavy squatting over clients. In the "lifting battle" between him and Efferding you can see a belly-ation as well.

In his recent Instagram 'beef' video to Smelly Bell, Big Mike said something like 'I've been dieting for 5 years, now I'm gonna start EATING!'  as apparently he was going to go after Bell's lifts or something... so maybe he's off the frog eggs for now?
