I haven't used a supplement now in probably 6 years, due to not seeing any real tangible benefits after using for a few years. In that time, has anything come out that seems to be beneficial or worth a damn? I've heard 7-keto dhea has had some positive feedback recently. Weren't people talking about something called SARMs a few years ago that were supposed to be game Changers? Did they ever come out with the product(s)? I'm guessing no?

Bunch of companies including Blackstone Labs are putting out pre-workout powders loaded with DMAA. I'd steer clear of it....very dangerous shit
nope
So, that means it might actually work? Also, don't you work for Blackstone?
Water, food, creatine, caffeine, a little fart powder... that's all you need.
No, he USED to work for them until Aaron &PJ had a falling out & now he does his best to discredit BLS & PJ every chance he gets.
Melvin Goodrum will sell his soul, at a very minimal price, to the highest bidder.

Yes it works quite well but its quite addictive and can easily cause heart muscle damage.

If you're white, vit D, I'm taking 1000 IUs daily now. >:(
I have to agree with this, providing you're deficient - a blood test last year showed I was low, so the Doc prescribed a high dose for a few days - I can't remember but I think it was something like 10,000IU a day for 4 or 5 days? Then a maintenance dose of 1000 like you. I'd had vaguely aching joints and my feet were quite painful in the mornings - I thought it was an aging thing (approaching 50), but lo and behold the pain has all gone now and that's the only thing I changed...
What do you mean, feet quite painful? Tingling?
Were you dieting or anything to cause a deficiency?

After taking Vitamin D for a while, soreness is gone.
