Well, to be fair, doesn't sound like Chuck had a chance, considering he was TOTALLY not expecting any sort of attack. Guy thought he was there simply to exchange pleasantries.

Not to suggest Mike wasn't a beastly mutha, of course. But if Norris had had ample warning, the result might have been, how shall I say, more blustery?

Regardless of who the eventual "winner" might have been, it's safe to assume there would have been a substantial dust-up. Chuck is a tough SOB.

Tyson never mentions this in his book, ain't buying it. He went into detail about everything, stuff way more scandalous than this. Think T's just making shit up.

Why not throw a real fist? Or set up a fight behind closed doors.

Don't want to risk the hands in anyway right before a huge professional fight. Although a headbut is also a little risky.
