McFarland set this to me...said Gary wanted it posted.

If I had a time machine, I'd be sending him and Dillet back to 1975 to tagteam my mother and deliver me some great genetics.

I like these older pro's making the newer pro's look like some old dookie shit

Correct. Today was back and calves.

No ab-work Rob?? You should do some type of ab-work every workout. You cannot overtrain them.

I can't help but notice Gary's other photos where he looks significantly older and yet he's trying to return to his old form/prime.
I sincerly hope this is not the case, Gary was a great bodybuilder and I hope he's moved on to bigger and better things, i also hope he's at the point where he doesn't feel the need to focus on his apperance and he can accept himself for his age and who he is.
I'm glad he's getting back into lifting but what else is he doing?

From remarks McFarland makes he's very happy. Bodybuilding at this point is a way of life. He's completely dedicated to it. There is no more vanity to it then getting your hair cut when you need it cut. It's what he's been doing for over 25 years. It's natural at this point.
-
Natural. ;D Interesting way to describe it. ;)
-
yeah, natural... didn't you know?
Natural, in bodybuilding, at least these days, means that he isn't using synthol.
Like Gustavo... 100% natural....
Hello Milos..
-
Sheer class Gary .
It is great to see a bodybuilder whose chest sticks out further than his belly .
Way to go big guy !!!
Of course Gary and Vince Taylor will not stop Ronnie but I would reckon the majority of us hobby horse trainers would prefer their physiques to that of the reigning champ .
-
Dam! that chest if f'n amazing! i wonder how he will do in competition?
-
Yah baby OLDSCHOOL OWNS!!!

might want to check your form then. you're using too many hip flexors...illiopsoas.
can you also not overtrain your erector spinae, calves, and forearms as well?

Just checking.
