All of the males who pushed for BREXIT all chickened out at being the leader because they know there is going to be a shitload of work coming up and it's going to be a shitshow for a while during the exit.

If they'd put the vote to the Conservative party membership (150,000 people or so) the majority are Brexit followers and they would have voted for the pro-leave candidate. I wasn't too fond of Andrea Leadsom, but it was patently obvious they were out to smear her - they trashed her over the weekend and by Monday morning it was done and dusted - she was finished and had no choice but to quit the race. Mind you, she didn't help her cause by banging on about motherhood etc so she basically contributed to sinking her own ship.

i think she was warned by MPs that she wouldnt have enough support and with a 13 MP majority couldnt rule. Roll on the election and a UKIP breakthough.
