Title: Your BODY FAT % : Illusion - V's- Reality
Post by: Anglo on July 19, 2016, 01:21:37 PM

A lean guy in "single digits" gets the sobering truth as he has his illusions shattered by a DEXA scan  :D

In physique circles he "looks" a legit 8-10% however..

Muntzer must have been knocking on the door of >10%.

Who cares about the number. It's about the look.

It's true. But I knew this guy was about 13%. He has that fat lean look to him, where he looks fat in the face and lean in the torso. You aren't gonna be shredded until your face looks like a drawn in meth addict.

During the telecast of the 93' Olympia, Jim Quinn reported that in the days leading up to the contest Billy Smith gave Flex Wheeler a skin caliper test at Golds Gym and he measured 0.0% BF, the lowest reading ever recorded at that time.

Year of birth is a lie. It's 1964, not 1966
He's NOT 5'11". Used to get mostly 5'9" listings throughout his bodybuilding career (1991-2003) with the odd 5'9.5" and 5'10" listing. He only was described as 5'11" or 6'0" AFTER he left bodybuilding and tried to make it as an actor.
His competition weight went way higher than what is listed. Has competed well into his 250's and during that time his offseason weight climbed as high as 275, but averaged at 265.
