I was a major slug today, no training , never even left the house. I did mow my back yard and had whoopie with the wifey, etc. No workout but stayed with my overall diet. I sometimes enjoy days of sluggish behavior, who is with me???????
Oh my younger sheltie < Ginger tries to bite the mower , it is pretty funny.

Short day today...trained 4 clients and trained chest for the second time after I re-tore it a few weeks ago, coached my boys baseball game for 2 hours went out to dinner and here I am!

The only aerobic stuff I do besides mowing and the horizaontal mambo with the wife was smelling my own farts

I blasted legs today.
2 supersets of squats on the core ball with 135lbs on my back.
3 powersets of one legged mule kicks
2 dropsets tip toe lunges with ankle weights
I'm jacked!

trained 4 clients my self, thought about doing cardio for about 2 seconds (nah) maybe monday. lol ;D

I work nights,11 hours per night,and go to school three days a week,so when Saturday gets here,I sleep,get up and eat,then sleep some more....finally got out of bed around 7:30 pm.

Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. No school on Mondays or Wednesdays.The time varies on what time I get up.I do legs on Sunday, Chest shoulders and triceps on Monday, Wednesday is back and biceps.

yes, set PR's on everything I touched today. Played a soccer game prior to working out as well. fun times today....until I got to studying math :'(

Worked quads and calves on my lunch break. Leg extensions, hack squats, leg presses, lunges, and the adductor machine, 3 sets a piece, and then standing and seated calf raises. My legs look better now that I've stopped playing the "you have to squat" mentality and went for exercises that actually work for my body.
