nope. he said I never posted any anti-hiary threads. I asked for $20 per thread I bump.

Yeah - i do mainly push ups and dips w the weight vest now.

Mainly cause I'm doing more circuit training lately and I feel dips and push-ups w the vest give sufficient upper body workout for my goals. Also added in a lot of weighted pull ups. So I'm trying to do something like sets of like ten reps each exercise w little rest in a circuit for time. Also added in BW squats and lunges
I'm training for an event that requires a lot of that shit too
