I'm going to enjoy the Metroflex presents "Branch memories" video. Over here is where we filmed the squat and compared it to death.
At some point someone will say "People will say maybe he could have used stricter form and less intensity he wouldn't be like he is today, but he is Branch and that's what he had to do".

Maybe joj has a higher proportion of slow twitch muscle fibers and needs 15-20 rep sets
But i guess training the same way forever and still have no legs is working for him :D

they are idiot they were swining every rep, not one rep was done with a full range of motion.
out of all the pros , i like lee priests videos the best he actually trains smart and with a full range of motion and even said training to heavy is stupid

I am not a somebody enough to criticize Branch. But, I personally dont agree with this style of lifting at all.
Intensity is good. But, There is no muscle feeling there. I think that Branch have great mind muscle connection even with this style. Thats why he can growwith this.
But, if you dont have that muscle mind connection. This can be a really shitty training.

i dont think shawn or lee ever had any serious injuries as well. remember when jp fux ended his career cause that asshole chris lund insisted

The skinnyness of his legs is really pathetic regarding the weights he's moving.
I guess JoJs main problem is that he still squats like a power-lifter, doing most of the work with his lower back and butt instead of his quads. Dude should book a squat seminar with Tom Platz
