He should tighten up and do the next pro show.
-
He'll never come in conditioned if he looks like that. Equal 16th at best.
Oh, and epic calves.

Dwarfed all the USA competitors so they had to give him the win. I think he was 270.

270 shit thats huge. gosh i remember in the 90's you had to be dry to the bone to even make a crack at the usa

better chest than a lot of pros, good arms, lats, waist is meh, legs good, calves-ha. Would look like a world beater if in condition. Looks like someone combined Johnnie Morant, Patrick Lynn and Phil Heath.
He's a guru's dream come true.
-
many guys become pros and will look worse. not him.
-
Dude is jacked! How old is this cat? Anyhow if he can figure out his condition he will on be up there....

Everyone is always saying "if he gets in condition" that's been the line for beyeke, curry, Kuclo, roelly, Cedric, etc...
Modern bbing size for the sake of size
Been said a billion times but is this the best there is today??
-
These guys won't figure out thier condition cause they are so obsessed with being big and GH, insulin buffets
-
Oozes charisma.
-
Looks like a highly intelligent individual.

whats impressive about this pic? Its not even a stage photo
-
Shawn Ray never did the USA...
My point being is the overall winner back in the day is light years better than what we have now, u can take any of winner from USA's, Nationals, whatever from Cormier, flex, levrone, matarazzo, etc and all were better than today's winners
-
Needs to learn how to do a fls properly.
-
John will do better in pro rank.(heavyweight winner)
-
This guy is amazing
But what happened to striations? Visicaro comes in dry as fuck, striated as all hell through the back and gets placed third in his division? This guy comes in on a slin load and wins the overall, wtf? Will do well as a pro however...

No abs? I noticed that. What is with the lack of abs, yet striated and in condition everywhere else?

You are correct. And what is funny, many of these guys have good genetics.

According to his contest history he has been competing since 2002. Below is a link to his Shawn Ray interview right after the contest. In this interview he says he weighed 300 pounds off-season and trains in El Paso. Also a couple more photos.

Next up, a video from either MD, Rx, Flex or some sponsor on him training chest. Or Luimarco spotlighting him.
-
Yeah LUI video by the end of the day. :D
Oh, dude looks great. Someone posted about him before saying that he was gonna be pro eventually

This is exactly it. For the most part, if he has not learned how to come in condition at this stage of the game, its probably never going to happen.
-

Yup should do Tampa next weekend. Just needs to drop about 5-7 pounds of water and he will make a nice showing for his 1st pro show.
-
Huge....but softer than baby shit! :(
No more shows for me......these guys are fucked.
-
He's the next Roelly Winklaar.
-
Monster. And further proof white guys don't have a chance in bodybuilding anymore.

John Jewett could have just as well won the overall if judged fairly. He was more complete. Look at the pics.
-
Guy sounds a little like Ronnie. :)

yeah, I thought he looked good, except for that MM and lack of ab definition. There was another guy who had the same problem. What is causing this lack of ab definition---before it was glazed donuts, now it's double stuffed and double glazed donuts.
-
No abs? I noticed that. What is with the lack of abs, yet striated and in condition everywhere else?
Genetic predisposition to not training abs.

That's John Hebrewett to you!
-
The heavyweight looks ALOT better. Guys a monster but he looks like he's in good shape for guest posing not contest ripped
-
Rasheed would've looked better if he was 10-12LB lighter
He is like a shorter version of Quincy Taylor
-
I am not a fan of modern day bodybuilding, I think he looks like he wouldn't have placed in the 90s when I think of guys like Edgar Fletcher, Mat Mendahall etc couldn't win shows and a guy comes in looking like hes 6 weeks out and wins, just wrong.

but the other guys probably had oil filled body parts

Quincy didn't have the chest and doesn't have that "thick" look to him like this dude. Who knows this dude might be another Ronnie Coleman in the making.

Rasheed looks strong too
-
Thanks he already has all the muscle he needs.
Yeah - we're pretty immune to seeing these guys, but this dude fuckin' huge.
-
Rasheed looks strong too
What's funny, is that he looks to have better muscle quality than Ramy, like he puts that "Ronnie time" in the gym rather than the "Oxygen Magic" that Ramy has.
-
What a freak!
-
No abs? I noticed that. What is with the lack of abs, yet striated and in condition everywhere else?
Insulin
Carb loading
-
Clearly on myostatin inhibitors.
-
-
That's John Hebrewett to you!
:D
-
Cranium of peace.
-
