As I use the hashtag MGGA I can't help but notice the hashtag "Ab Crack"  What is this phenomenon? Generation InstaBook at it again.

Been lifting for 30 years and now I have to encounter these douchbag sayings.

The "ab crack" is when you crack a fart with each rep.

The new ideal of a female body. Slightly higher bf to avoid a fully developed sixpack, but have that "split" in the middle of the abs.
