No, 6' 3".  He had the super lifts that day.
Tom Cruise, Deniro, Pacino...all about the same height, but Stallone expects more of himself.  6' minimum.
I'm surprised a papparazzi douche doesn't ask him what lifts he's wearing today.  Great opener.
