Strong guy.

Stupid music in that clip. I hate that shit.
Oh yeah, dude's strong as fuck.
-
That's all fine and dandy but what does he look like onstage? That's all that matters.

He is one of the better young BB of today.

He won his first pro show and just won the Chicago pro which is a good start. He also has one Olympia under his belt where many thought he should have been top ten.
Guy is massive.
-
He's gaining tremendous steam. I fear what he's on. Rumors were he was gassed out entirely before his recent blast, so who the hell knows what he's on now.
As long as he stays healthy, I expect him to be a Mr Olympia in the next couple years. He is the next great white hope where Compton failed (and cannot recover, IMO). Dallas has some of the same traits as Jay but in today's (degraded) standards.

Lol - I bet!
I have huge respect for Ronnie and how hard he trained. Dallas is continuing in Ronnie's steps. These lifts are insane and his form is great. I hope he is careful and does not injure himself. But he gets a lot of respect from me with what he is doing in the gym - tattoos and all!

it shows that the quality has gone down when a guy with a big tattoo across his back and terrible back detail and a gut at such a young age is one of the better young bbers of today. This guy couldn't hold a candle to Chris Cook, Dennis Newman, Markus Ruhl, Mike Francois, even Swimmer Boy...
Not to mention countless others.

which means he's gonna be all broke down?
Phil, Shawn, Dex, Lee Haney, Lee Labrada, Vince Taylor and a few others all did it the right way. They built their bodies, not destroyed them.

Incredibly impressive pressing. Wow. And that strapped deadlift is nutty, as well.
But as with all these very heavily gassed dudes, he's working WAY beyond what he's adequately prepped his body for, so I hope he can remain injury-free. Favor is not in his corner, unfortunately.
But once again, yeah, the dude's ferociously strong. Beastly so.

Let's just see what he looks like onstage. He is better than you make him out to be. I am not a fan of the tattoos and his back was weak in the past but better now. He does have a lot of other good aspects: Great calves, upper legs, chest, shoulders, arms, overall shape and mass.
I agree that training like Ronnie is not the smart thing to do. However his form seems to be better than Ronnie - less jerking. What I meant by him continuing in Ronnie's steps was the poundages. But yes, even with good form the heavy lifting can't be good for his joints long term.

He won a pro show and I think has a couple of thirds. He kept his weight down this off season so we will see how he looks this weekend.
Certainly has great arms.

Aww don't be Debbie downer parker. He's 25 and I believe he will come into the Olympia at shredded 265-270. He's wide as a house and it will be interesting to see comparisons at least. :D

Philsulin saw this video and immediately went and banged out some reps on the Hoist Roc It chest press machine. Lol. Flake!

Phil wont need a zimmer frame or a wheelchair when he hangs up his thong.
train smart.
-
Must be on huge amounts of test and tren with that strength.
If he brings up lats and quads he will do very well.
Stupid doing that heavy shit though. Maybe he should consider powerlifting. Seriously.

Guys eating in a deficit, what does he think lifting like that is going to achieve?
people should train smart once they start dieting, no big gains coming at that point, moderate training and pump sets should be the norm leading up to a show.
Off season is a time for making gains.

No money in powerlifting, I'm sure he's making a living off bodybuilding for the time being.

at the expense of his dignity no doubt.
-
dallas will be paying later on training that heavy for sure.
he should ask ronnie and dorian what happens when you train that way .
dorian even said in a interview a few years back he would have backed off training as heavy as he did during precontest if he could do it over
again

Chris Cook had a better back, and would be winning shows with the quality of today's Pros.
-
Peter "pump" putnam had a great back

I agree. He had more potential then Dallas. I can see Dallas burning out early.
