Not enough fats in your diet. The higher the fat content the more satisfied you'll feel. It's called triggering the ileal brake.
Just don't mix high sugar with high fat- that tastes way too good, haha

I've gone off the deep end last few days too it all started when I ate an almond joy candy bar. It was so good I had to have two. Last few days have been spent binging.

I get the same shit and find it easier to not eat for half the day rather than lots of small meals which just makes you even hungrier.

Eat 2 cans of this stuff whenever you feel like binge eating...Super cheap and fills you up completely. Has to be 2 cans at once. One can won't fill you up. It will also help clean you the fuck out. Add hot sauce or ketcup or both to it...Also add some chicken and nuts to it and really feel like your eating healthy...

I've gone off the deep end last few days too it all started when I ate an almond joy candy bar. It was so good I had to have two. Last few days have been spent binging.
I had been eating super clean for the past 6 weeks, and made the mistake of going into Costco on an empty stomach, and helped myself to some free samples of Jelly Belly candies, which led to a visit to Five Guys on the way home, and then Dairy Queen for a Blizzard. Felt like crap the following day, but the pigout was good for the body and I was back on track a few days afterwards.

These tin foods are loaded with sodium leave you looking like a bloated pig so you didnt solve the pig problem.

Say hello to a slow metabolism with giant meals like that. It is easier to eat huge meals I agree - if your goal is to hibernate for the winter with layers of fat.
Water intake will also increase your metabolism. If you are dehydrated your metabolism starts to slow down.

There are better choices than pasta, whole wheat or otherwise. The bottom line is variety. The right fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of fiber. Unless you are starving, you don't need to stuff your mouth and stomach. Feeling full is a state of mind more than anything else. Anyone who takes time with their meals knows that it doesn't take much to feel full. Never follow a diet that requires deprivation. You might loose weight, but it is usually only temporary and the rebound effect could put you in a worse situation.

Sodium is mainly coming from the liquid they pack it in. Just rinse it off and you take care of most of the sodium problem...
