THE KING'S ARMY UPDATE: 2 weeks into my program and i have added 11 pounds on Mojtaba aka The Persian Mountain. This man is growing like a week and getting harder. He's up to 305 pounds and I taking him up to 312 before I cut him up. He is bigger than Big Ramy.. 'Nuff Said.

Good point. Is it possible those arabs have a genetic predisposition not to tolerate those megadoses too well?
