That pic was taken many years ago at The Mother Load bar in WeHo (which is not a leather bar).  Pretty much everyone in that pic (except for Chris Colfer) I've seen at Gold's Hollywood at one time or another, although most have moved on to other gyms after the recent god awful remodeling.
