I've been riding the NYC trains since I was 16. I've seen all sorts of stuff: stabbing, brawls, etc. I've also seen people urinate and defecate right on the train.

I have never felt so white and British as when i got the train back from the Bronx zoo to Manhattan.

Turns out we didn't even go through any bad areas.

Some dude got on at Harlem (i think) dressed like something out of the Warriors. He was playing electro loudly out of his phone and just stood there eyeballing me and my mate.

It was at this point I just started sobbing uncontrollably.
