Title: Which two bodybuilding 'stars' from around 1990 claimed to be mr O in 2000 ?

I put this question in a thread, but no correct answer so far.

Dude that answers this correctly will get the Dr Dutch Getbig WoodennShoes 2016.
Dutch Getbiggers will not be allowed to participate (there's only 2 or 3 of them by the road)
