I knew Phil back in the late eighties. His training was very light, very very slow reps, and long rest between sets.

Saw Phil win Light Heanys and and the overall 85 Nationals. Great physique especially his upper body.

If  I remember correctly  Phil's dad is Hebrew, mom Philipinite.
