I hope this is not recent because all the bodybuilders now have veiny forearms and face getting sucked in while he still looks like offseason most likely he will show up 320 pounds big and smooth and place out of the top 5.

Do you remember what he looked like at the guest posing a week or two before he won the NYP (I think it was the NYP... I just remember that he won the show)?

I dont remember but at the new york he looked ok not impressive, he has gotten bigger since so the gameplan should be simple sacrifice some size for condition come into the olympia at 280 which is still big and dominate but for some reason he seems to be obsessed with size.

Phil has a very impressive back, too. Best one on stage these days. He'll never touch Ronnie or Doz, but compared to the rest of the field today, his back is exceptional.
He's also got the best hams on stage and is never not lean enough. He's had water issues and bloat before. But in general he's got other impressive body parts aside from arms. Although his arms do dominate everything else from the front.
