hes maxed out, once guys have been hammering away for around 6 years thats it, they are done size and bodypart wise.

i dont understand how his legs can be that i mean come on, theyre tiny compared to his upper body. wouldt he be better off sacrificing upper body to balance it out with the lower? really throws off his physique.

its genetic , nothing he can do about it.
Its like people saying Kai needs to bring up his traps in the rear lat spread, its not happening.

You are wrong I help many bodybuilders bring up their quads, what he needs to do is train legs 3 times weekly and learn to take the hips and glues out of the movement, close stance front squats, close stance leg press with feet at the bottom of the stand, hack squats with lighter weights with feet at the bottom close together going down on your toes and I could go on and on, I could easily put 2 inches on his quads with my methods.

Solid advise, but this won't help someone with 20+ years of hardcore training under his belt. I'm pretty sure he tries/tried higher frequency workouts, since he's no stranger to DC training.

167 when he turned pro,,funny thing in this pic his legs stayed the same and they looked ok on a middleweight upper body but damn in 10/15 yrs he has packed on some serious muscle and good muscle like dex quality over the long haul...
