Meh. If you arrested everyone who wants that guy dead you'd have half the country in jail. Nice we can have people arrested for things that they haven't actually done tho.
Brb van outside.

"He has been charged with one count of being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition."
LOL, what a bunch of bullshit. Almost everything in that article is completely legal. The reporter lists a slew of offenses, which are all completely legal. The only thing they charged him with was a prohibited person in possession of ammunition.
Sounds like he pissed of an ex girlfriend and she trumped up a bunch of bullshit on him. :D

No doubt. Sure hope they've got more on him than what the article says. Who can't own ammunition but can own guns? ???
Love the 'alleged to have abused steroids' tag. "Alleged to have used illicit substances while harming no one." Oh the humanity! They forgot satanist, communist, and haphazard pisser known to splash on the toilet rim.

Not charging him with prohibited possessor of a gun means he didn't have a gun, only ammo. He allegedly had parts that could behold a gun according to the article. It appears that what made him a prohibited possessor was the restraining order. No charge for threatening the president either.

"The allegations against Joseph Gargiulo, a 48-year-old real estate appraiser, were made public Monday when he appeared in federal court to face a single charge of possessing ammunition, which violated the terms of a restraining order obtained against him in June by his former wife.
The woman told the FBI on July 27 that she was worried about Gargiulo because he was stockpiling food and weapons and said “he will plant bombs in police stations . . . and kill as many homeland security officers as he can before they kill him,” according to an FBI affidavit.
Dateline: Salem, Massachusetts, folks

Bingo. Crazy ex wife, making this man's life a living hell now. This poor guy probably enjoys, hunting, camping, 2nd amendment and shit. His bitch of an ex wife calls the police and says, "He's crazy, has bomb making materials, wants to blow up police stations, etc." I hope this backfires on her. :-\

There are probably thousands of people in the US who would like to see Obama eat a bullet. I certainly wouldn't cry about it.

Makes me laugh when I hear about moronic males who want to get married. They must be mentally ill.
Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with stockpiling food, weapons and ammo. TPTB like to vilify people like this because they are afraid.

Probably has grounds for a second restraining order against him, seeing how he's been arrested and all. :D
