back pain has not healed latley. i slipped on an oily floor and caught my self but yanked my low back in the process. it was no serious slip because my back went out the week before just by leaning over a sink fast to work on it then im like awh fuck my back is out
the pain mainly went away for a few days then gained full mobility back
then back goes out semibad a few days later
heals
but then my foot slips out from underme then jerks my back 80 percent out of function
i dont take time off from work id rather die
i admit i drink fairly heavy 5 days a week for energy
but im theorizing i depleted all my b vitamins from drinking
maybe if i recharge with this b complex vitamin i just bought
i never take vitamins but the kale n spinach are not working this time
maybe ill take three bcomplexes per day
at my wits end

Yes if your drink and are vegetarian you should take b vitamin. Or better yet go get b12 injections from your doctor.

i feel people would agree that lower back going out might be 70 percent diet related and 30% how u moved, we move all sorts of ways but dont get hurt We EVEN move the SAME way that got our back hurt in the first place and our back is perfectly fine
someone like layne norton can do good mornings with 600 pounds on his back and bend all the way to a 90 degree angle, yet many of us do somethin light like bend down to pick up a jug of milk n back goes out
layne norton must have special nutrition for his back!

Because you are fat you have lower Testosterone. This also explains why you flip flopped between Trump and Clinton. Men with normal testosterone would never even consider Clinton - ever!

Low testosterone also increases your risk of back injuries. You are getting weaker every day. You should start doing squats, dead lifts etc. This will help improve your natural test levels. Also reduce your calories, eat 6 times a day and drink a ton of water to speedup your metabolism.

lower back pain? Me too, inversion table, TENS and epidural injections are God sends. Fuck pills, opiate pain relievers plug you up, like a bear in winter. :-X

my lower back pain is alot better now hardly there
not going to put wieght on my back but im pretty sure too many beers caused severe weakening of back

Everytime i spend months without doing hyperextensions (i don't do deads anymore due to cervical bulged discs) i get lower back disconfort.
I believe there is less muscle support on the vertebrae and hence the pain.
I start exercizing and get fine within weeks.

its always going to be a physical component (regular exercise for lower back) and nutritional deficiencis in lower back
you maybe lacking nutritionally
