Uninformed Clinton supporters in mostly oppressed areas couldn't careless because they don't understand the severity of these charges and as long she runs on a platform of "free" it doesn't matter. But to be fair, at least they know why they'll vote her.
The educated (the ones that have higher education but can't think outside of school with no commonsense) have NO idea why they support her besides she's a women and "we need a women in office" no matter how dishonest or that her previous office appointments were utter disasters.

Oddsmakers still have her at 76% chance of winning. It's not the 83% chance it was at her peak, but Trump still needs a series of miracles.
She's still leading in 5 of 7 battleground states by 3 or more, and trump is less than 1% lead in the places he has a lead.
He'd need a miracle of monumental proportions to win it.

During the hearings about her many scandals, concerning Whitewater, the banking scandal, her Rose Law Firm scandal and all the other scandals, she used the "I don't recall, I don't remember, that slips my mind, I don't know" defense dozens of times.
It indicates a purposeful willingness to withhold any incriminating evidence from the investigators and the Congress, and it kept her from being charged with lying to them,
OR
It indicates that she has had slow onset Alzheimer's or dementia for at least 16 years.
If she truly has dementia, she could be telling the truth enough to pass a lie detector test, or if she said I don't recall. so many times, it was a ploy to keep her out of prison. She is either a liar, or demented. There are no other choices.
In either case, I would not want her anywhere near the Oval Office

It wasn't when I worked in government, but that was a long time ago.
I don't know what the rules and policies are now. I know that in business there is a timeframe they must be retained, but I don't recall the timeframe either. I think it's only about 180 days.

She hasn't done a public appearance in a week or two now. CNN is all over the "stop talking the health conspiracy theories" thing... which tells me there is something huge to it. MSNBC tried to stop the birther issue (a legit issue) by pre-bashing it. FOX tried to nullify the 911 questions by pre-bashing it.
And now CNN/MSNBC is working to squash the "hilary is sick" issue by dissing the story before it's a story. Just like the hammer thing, the cover up says it all.

At this point - I don't think it'd influence that much. We've had 3 years of benghazi and email leaks, and she's up by an average of 5 points nationally.
She's sick, she isn't doing appearances, and 80% of the population knows she's a liar. Yet she leads - because Trump is that incompetent.
