He's working under Aceto, and Aceto has never brought anyone in "off." There may have been mistakes done in water manipulation or some last minute changes (though any that I can think of right now), but he usually brings his guys in peeled and competitive.
This year's Olympia is actually exciting. With Cedric not putting up any progress pics and almost beating Kai at the AC Ohio, Levrone coming back, Ramy working with the one coach he should've enlisted from the beginning, Dexter destroying the circuit, Dallas, Compton, Deasha, and Lenardowitz coming in with HUGE momentum. Phil is probably shitting his pants and upping the dose daily pre-contest lol.
