And people wonder why I'm full of myself. seriously, I'm 50 fucking years old and this is what I look like. and I'm not a celebrity getting their face cut every six months...it's me.
I would think anybody would be fkng overjoyed and loving it. I know I am. And I know people will read that and roll their eyes....I really don't see why...it's the fucking truth

Why am I so harsh? Because he never grew up. The truth is when you become a father, things change. Priorities take over. Some call it a "life for a life". Meaning you are now giving your life for your daughter or son's.
Groink never gave up his selfishness. He never gave up his illegal drug binge. He never gave up his criminal ways. I remember One More Rep praising him about moving across the country to be close to his daughter. I was the only one that called him out on this.
You can not continue past ways when being a father. If you do, well look what happens. When becoming a parent something always gives. Whether it be giving up collecting muscle cars because now funds go towards kids college fund. Going to the gym and failing on your diet because now, you're exhausted and of course birthday cakes and finishing your childs piece of pizza is always an option.
Most people that take steroids have some type of insecurity. It could be that they were bullied in school, feel inferior because of their height, feel ugly etc. etc. Some point in their life something happened to make them make the plunge into using illegal steroids.
Some of you idolize Groink. It doesn't matter that he is economically unstable. It doesn't matter that he is a dead beat dad, it doesn't matter that he's a liar, it doesn't matter that he's a criminal. All you see is a man with big muscles. Which is almost childlike behavior but just shows where most of your priorities lay. And of course some of you are in your twenties and of course...you're going to live forever.
No one see's the big muscle man Groink driving up to his Tinder/POF dates house in a rusty old Ford Focus. Would that matter to you? Again...priorities.
No one will see Groink trying to figure out where his next paycheck will come from. Again...may I say Priorities?
Groink is a sad individual. Don't waste your energy on him. Get your priorities straight. There's more to life then being a felon. Lift weights, exercise regularly and when the time comes if you have a good head on your shoulders you'll see where all this exercising fits in.

Again, you're taking my critique of Groink personally. I can only talk about what I know and have seen on Bodybuilding boards. Again...people are different in real life BUT when someone comes here, day after day you can get some idea whats going on in their lives.
Groink was arrested. Nothing positive about that. Unless he had an epiphany and is getting his life on track. Sometimes you have to reach a low, has Groink reached his?
Time and time again we see it in bodybuilding, someone gets a deadly disease and continue their self destructive behavior, example; Dennis Newman, Don Long.
You cannot continue the same road you are on. Groink needs to get clean, clean of everything including steroids in order to turn his life around. I know some people think steroids are not dangerous but they are contributing to his negative behavior.
I said nothing derogatory about you. You are new here but maybe you aren't. Maybe you are someone banned and came back with a different IP address just wanting to cause trouble. Why do I say this? Because you seem like I struck a nerve with Groink. You're acting like a girlfriend would act if someone was talking about her boyfriend. John Wayne Gacy did many positive things for others, he also was a painter and children's clown making many laugh but that doesn't negate the fact he was a killer.

My account was hacked and the person(s) primarily responsible is gone but there are others. Now, maybe you're one of those persons, I'm not pointing fingers but I've received 8 pm's already from members here telling me who you are or who they think you are.
If you've gone back years on here, you see I provide much needed help but I'm bombarded with negativity and insults. So many people have a hate for positive talk they go as far as hack into someone's passwords. Now maybe that's my own fault because I receive up to 100 pm's a day either negative or positive and I become close to some. If you know me then my password wouldn't be that hard to figure out, again, my fault and I reassured Ron it wouldn't happen again.
That's besides the point. I leave out of this country tomorrow morning and don't want to be dragged into someone's argument of why they like a person or not.

Sorry for jumping on you a little there.....I was having a S**T day yesterday LOL. You are obviously a knowledgeable dude and the results show in your physique. I can't sit here with a straight face and compare myself to Arnold, or any competitor for that matter.
I'll take those measurements and post em but I'm only guessing on my BF%. I'd have to say I'm around 12- 15% give or take a couple of points if i compare myself to the last time I had that done years ago.
And I have yet to get onstage so a comparison to guys in contest shape would be unfair to them, those are ripped bodyweights . I WISH I was 250 @ 6% but it would take quite a few "supps" for that to happen.
I have been kicking around the idea of competing in a master's show before I get TOO damn old and the train starts coming off the tracks LOL.
My achilles heel is nutrition to be honest, I'm super-dedicated as far as my training regimen goes, but my diet isn't tight at all...and I really don't have very extensive knowledge in that area. I know the basics, and I eat a boatload of protein...but I would be lost trying to do a SERIOUS cut.
