Title: anyone else planned their comeback at the gym after the olympia?
Post by: ratherbebig on September 15, 2016, 11:23:00 AM
i havent been to the gym in 4-6 weeks, yes i admit, sometimes you get caught up in things... anyway, i plan to return to the gym on sunday, just after the mr olympia for maximum inspiration which im sure will fuel me for the cold winter months following... anyone else feel the same way? maybe we can start training journals or something.

ps. im already sleeping on the floor and my diet consists of 50% ultimate nutrition and 50% the stuff rich piana is promoting in his videos.

The Olympia viewing figures will more than double this year because of Kevin.

Poor Phil, at least he will have another Sandow that wont fill the huge void in his life.

The best way to approach lifting is in cycles I will go 3 months balls to the wall with strict dieting then back off do causal training and a relax diet then I go hard again.

I have studied the lifting, dieting, and supplementation methodology of Groink, with special emphasis on his "Massive Natty" days, the years he was just enormous without worrying too much about aesthetics. I have laid these principles out in a written program that I intend to commence within 10 days after the Olympia. I intend to be  "The Next Groink".

dumbass.

You obviously have clue but I already know that so I am not shocked, anyhow I am here to educate you, the body cannot take balls to the wall training forever you will get injured and burn out its best to cycle your training.

Buy a van and sleep in the parking lot of your local Gold's Gym. That's the way you come back. Anything less than that is a waste of time...
