It's just the standards of the sport... if he's bigger, he will keep winning. Being pretty, having lines, haing flow, looking good... doesn't matter. Mass above all else.

Phil has beaten some good bodybuilders but only a couple great ones.

Haney, Yates, Coleman all faced much better competition.

So 10 years of being a champion against competition that would've been 2nd and 3rd tier in previous generations doesn't mean as much unfortunately.

Not Phil's fault.....just is what it is.

I have similar proportions. I will always be top heavy. Still, I think it looks better than having ridiculous tree trunk legs.
