The kid's name is Frank Miranda. You can see his YouTube channel link at the end of the video. I saw some of them at a glance. He's a hardcore Trump supporter with some commentary nut vids on Muslim-related attacks. Probably a white supremacist.

I would take a guess and say that a Muslim bodybuilder jacked on illegal steroids and probably not having paid taxes in ten years might want to rethink shouting "I WILL GUT YOU LIKE A PIG" to someone in a public place while being recorded. Pretty sure they could charge him with almost anything and he'd be ruined. But hey, I could be wrong maybe the gym owner and local police chief are liberals.

Prison? No.
Jail time and court costs and a possible fine with community service and probation. However if what Kamali said were true about the harassment he'd likely claim self defense and that the kid was stalking him at the gym and he was acting in self defense, etc... and in that case he gets a night in jail and a day in court with a good lawyer.
