No, it's not time to equal anything.

These trolls are free to participate in open class. Lee Priest, Shawn etc. did need no baby class.
It's ridiculous to have weigth classes in pro bodybuilding. It only takes away from the sport by fragmenting it.

Yet, many of them looked better than the guys in the open class, minus sheer size.

Shawn Ray, although his height, did have the perfect physique (in his prime).
