Title: Phil Heath has stage I or II Palumboism.

That front double bicep looked so bad. His arms are getting shorter and his head is getting bigger each year and his gut is looking more and more pronounced. He even flexes his abs in the front double bicep because he can't do a vacuum. He's lucky he looks good from the back and relaxed or else he would have lost. I expect his Palumboism to get severely worse next year.

He looks the same as last year, more or less. As long as he doesn't regress, he is going to win every year.
