It's like he's not even trying here.   Probably eating under 150 grams of protein per day and training HIIT.

Guys back then used drugs for around 3 months prior to a contest. They stayed clean the rest. Of course this is a generalization. Now it seems they are on to varying degrees year round.

As with them all, without pills and needles, he was just another average dude with pretty OK biceps. Little else.

Bob Kennedy told me Arnold would swallow Dianabol tabs by the dozens. Literally. He saw him do it on different occasions.
