After reading about his pec injury and the pending plasma knee surgery I'm convinced Kevin could win the '17 contest.
And let's be honest here guys the only reason anyone here is talking about the 2017 contest is because Kevin is thinking about doing the show. So many here are interested in seeing how the legend will do after a full year of training and being injury free.
I can't wait for the monthly photos and the weight guessing!!!!

Lol. Levrone will not make it to that stage ! And I'm a Levrone fan. Surely this was a joke?
-
He could train for 5 straight years and his legs will still look like melted wax candles.
-
Video footage of him collecting donations to cover his Olympia expenses -
.

yeah, that 5 months stuff was funny. Unfortunately, given the nature of modern BBers, they can't drink a shake without posting and telling the world about it. Stretching the truth on number of months training is harder than it used to be.
-
He wouldn't get another guest invite. I don't think he achieve the size needed to get back in with the elite but who cares, he looks incredible and lets hope he stays built and promotes the real bodybuilding message around the world.
-
he's good enough to do a 3rd tier show and squeak in on a 4th place exception, maybe even 3rd. He looked good, just not against the best in the world.
-
he could a couple of shows, arnolds, some european shows, guest posing etc he can ride this wave for a long time
-

Great point, imagine what he could do with a full year of training!
The extra 2 months would be the 5 % needed to push him over the edge.
-
He stated in an interview right after the O, that he won't compete again.
-
Kevin should do one mor contest...but he need to be more clever. Leave that balls to walls heavy stupid trining. Go for feel and contraction, high volyme.
Legs will not be great, but they can get a lot better, back to, arms shoulder chest to!
Lets do some Arnold show...Top 6.

This does not seem evident for some.
-
One step at a time. His main focus is currently on the Arnold where he will face some stiff competition.

Yes I am starting to realize that balls to the wall training is best suited for natural bodybuilders when you are juiced to the gills and getting rapid increase in strength and you go hard and heavy the ligaments are not strong enough to support this new strength its only a matter of time before you get injured.

There are a few things that will hold Kevin back. 1) saggy skin on his back. 2) saggy skin on his abs. 3) Wolf-like calves.
So even is he dramatically brings up his legs and back, he will have some problem areas.
-
gary strydom looked way better than levrone did in his last contest at the age of 46, is kevin really only 48 but he lies and says he is 52
-
It's good if Kevin saves 2017, but he actually doesn't need to.
He has already saved 1960-2016.

I'm from Kev's era and followed his career since 1990. He is def 52. He was always a few years older than me
