Black peoples problem is their own complacency, but it has nothing to do with "revolting" the way you imply.
It has to do with owning and controlling.
You cannot have a 50%+ black community ran by a white government, and not expect this sort of bullshit. It'll happen every time.
They need to revolt by controlling their local government, electing in black leadership that'll represent their interests.
It starts at the local level, especially for them, because NO ONE will represent them in higher office in our life time.

What's amazing is many of them still vote democrat even though they have done absolutely nothing for them, they're literally keeping them in poverty and slaves to welfare checks. The inner cities are nothing but modern day plantations for many of them. Low paying jobs, poor education, and high crime. If we brought back those factory jobs that once were, imagine how well these cities would benefit. It would be an amazing change.

what could we manufacture in america that would provide a cost advantage over items manufactured in mexico for $4 a day per employee?
It costs - literally - TWENTY times more to pay an american worker for the same daily shift.
Toyota, kia hyundai didn't wreck ford, chevy, dodge because of democrats. They did it because they can pay their entire work force way less. Reducing the labor input by 95% provides an advantage that could not be overcome. This happened during reagan/bush too. Not partisan. Just simple competition. They pay their workers 5% of what we pay ours. Cars are cheaper and similar quality. Consumers chose.
Anyway, what will factories in america create?

My solution, of course, is not to try to make pencils and spatulas and shoes and ipads in Iowa factories. WAY too costly.
My solution is innovation. Every middle & high school kid needs to start taking some engineering and programming courses -watch how fast the latest killer ap (or 100 of them) are born. Watch how fast disease is cured and inventions are born.
that's the solution - an entire generation of smart MFers who can physically build those things that pop into their head. Not just forcing companies to build here for 20x the cost. AMericans are hella creative - they're just spending time on ipads playing minecraft, not learning skills to innovate.

No, this is where I have to intervene.
Let's face it: American cars lost because they are of poor quality, old style and bad driving for European taste.
Wages in Japan and South-Korea are not that much lower. If at all.
German cars are doing good despite huge wages there. Top models are still made in Germany.

If we could DOUBLE the employee wages - overnight - then WAY more talented and careful people would take those jobs. Better managers = better quality control, no corners cut. When your manager is an MBA instead of a high school grad, all other things equal, you're going to get better quality and VISION for 20-30 years of his career.
Ford moving production to mexico - labor is cheaper and the water is better than Michigan, that's for sure.

It's because democrats continue to sell them the false dreams, they continue to increase food stamps, welfare, affordable housing, free iphones etc... while the republicans just ignore them.
