So my joints was feeling a bit banged up from all the heavy training so instead of taking a break I decided to train with resistance bands for a bit, I got some heavy duty bands off amazon I did some squats and shoulders with the bands and its no joke they kick my ass I am feeling sore as hell and there is no stress on your joints, I suggest you guys try it you will be surprised.

I use them all the time now, you can hook them over the door and lean your weight into them and bang out biceps curls, pushdowns, flys, presses, whatever you want.
