Hi guys!
There are three macro-nutrients, or Macros:
Proteins
Fats
Carbohydrates
And, technically, alcohol is a stand-in fourth
Please tell which methodology you use to count Macros? ???

guys I have found an application for my smart phone. It counts macros and I'm satisfied with it ;)

The kitchen weight and myfitnesspal are your friends :)

I prefer MyFitnessPal it's easy to adjust your macro goals if you have the premium version. I like how I can customize it to add more meals. It also has the most diverse and accurate food database in my opinion.
