Just learn to do the exercise properly some people do the exercise almost standing up so they can use more weight and feed their ego, bend over properly and just work up to your max weight.

Just learn to do the exercise properly some people do the exercise almost standing up so they can use more weight and feed their ego,
bend over properly
and just work up to your max weight.

That is due to ego when you get on tren and your bench jumps up by 50 pounds the ligaments are not strength enough to support that rapid strength increase what you should be doing is increasing the reps and rest less between sets so you use less weight and give your ligaments time to get stronger and adjust to the new strength.

False. U r no more prone tearing a bicep doing that. I don't even believe as many falsely do that using a preacher bench makes u more prone.

Drug use yes. But more common among drugged and not drugged is spurring of the shoulder complex which frays the tendon. Think of a climbers rope rubbing on a Rocky Mountain. Over time the tendon ruptured. Very common among even non lifters.
