I can't believe I am saying this on Getbig, but I don't lift weights anymore.
It's embarrassing to admit.

4 kids, kinda busy.

I'd say total spent exercising is less than 30 minutes. Three kids and business interest in Dubai India make it hard.

4 sessions a week about an hour to an hour and a half a time depending on bodyparts trained. Should really do cardio but it sucks

I got no car so there's plenty of cardio in the form of biking.
Injured at the moment though.

Not that much really...total 2houers/day out of 24houers...
Think swimmers is nearby 20-30 houer/week gymnast aswell...triatlets, cyclists, mma fighters etc. Think chinese weightlifters spend 4 houer in the gym to, one session morgning, one afternoon...back in the days bodybuilders did 3-4houers lifting every day? 2 session each day, 6 times/week. Maybe some running cycling aswell...
The more u train, the less sore u feel...body adapt pretty quick.

Ok before you start you need to release back tension so you ask your buddy to put on high heels and walk on your back and massage it the heels dig into those hard to reach areas.

Then you get this bicycle and ride it as ride as you can for an hour for cardio

Then you do one hour of weights, for motivation get a toad see how slow it goes and that will motivate you to go faster, do all the above everyday and you will be swole.
