It might be evolution.
Our current societies don't reward aggressive alpha male behavior. It's seen as unacceptable.
As manual labor is becoming scarce, the alphas with bad concentration abilities (high test makes you more an action guy than bookworm) have it harder and harder to fit in society.
Even women seem to opt for low test men.
This can be consequence of low test men having better prospects in modern world to provide keep and care and support for woman and her children.
On the other hand we see people having less and less sex and women are even going lesbian in increasing numbers. Is this because they don't find majority of men - the low test men - attractive?

I think we can rather conclude that females are put on show but business is ran by men.
It's good for business to have few females in executive team.
I'm worried when the women found their first airplane company, arms manufacturer, internet giant, run their first revolution in some country and assume control etc.
As long as they come to have dinner at table plated by men... who gives a fuck. It's nice little girls have something else than whores to look up.
But state of men. It's sad altogether.
As someone said; if you want to recruit a young talent what options you have? You can't hire a man even if you wanted. There just barely are men among the young talents.
