I cant believe im doing this, what do you guys think? This is from my last show 5'10" 198 lbs.
Im putting this on here to motivate my lazy ass! :'(

First off, thanks for the cool guys and the compliements, next the pic is from 99, not the 80's.
I can honestly say I was 100% lifetime natural in this pic. I couldnt even afford a multi-vitamin, let alone protien powder.
Also I dont think much gear ever made it up to Bumfu*k Idaho. At least I didnt get any of it.
You guys would be incredibly surprised by what I ate to get into this condition.
Try 15 egg whites/2 cups of rice 6 times per day for 12 weeks, and running 3 miles per day outdoors.
What can I say, I didnt know better but damn did I get pretty lean. Started the diet at 225 and went down to 198 ;D

As we all know there are a few ways to do a side chest. I chose to crunch down hard to see the chest stri's and wanted to get the intercostals to show, the other way i could of done it,would of been to open it up and lift up the rib cage, I guess that particluar pose i chose the first way.....
depends on the person, I ve been told my chest is one of my best thickest body parts, nut it doesnt show in that pose oh well....

I think you've got arms to be proud of and your conditioning is fantastic, especially considering how you got it. Nothing to be ashamed of. Not easy to be that lean and still have any muscles to speak of. So, I say good job.

great conditioning...tough to tell, but i'd say work on the traps and overall thickness....legs look great!
