Because they lift and are feeling like they are bodybuilders.
But they are naturals so it doesn't show.

The same reason why people who do look like they lift, pose for pic's like that at home and in gym bathrooms, attention whoredom...

it's difficult to look like you lift when you're not using Kevin Levrone's Signature Series (Europe's Bestseller), which Sev didn't get hold of by that time of posing.

If he did, he would've been ripped to the bone.
