1996 German Grand Prix - Dorian Yates, Nasser El Sonbaty & Paul Dillett Comparison
Here is a comparison with the 3 most famous mass monsters of the 1990's. This was Dorian's best conditioning, Nasser's freakiest and Dillett was just a monster.
Where would these 3 place at this years Mr. Olympia?
Here is the direct link in case the video above doesn't work:

I always wondered why Dillet used ro spasm like that when posing. He literally couldn't hold a pose or stop moving. Looks like someone suffering the early signs of parkinsons
-
Yates crushing w condition
-
Almost forgot how good Nasser was at one point :o Crushing Yates from the front and side.
From the back of course Yates was literally unbeatable at his time.
-
Dillett's back actually looks thick as fuck it's just weird how he can't do shit with it. His muscles always have a really soft, weird look to them. He would be shredded, but the muscle would hang off of him like fat. Strangest genetics ever

Steroids made his muscles so large that they (the muscles) were essentially useless.

Great abs and thighs pose from all three. Yates killing them frm the back. Wonder how heath would do against those 3..... disappear? Lol

Nasser was crazy from the front and side at this show.

Heath wouldn't even be in the amateur division of the era.

Best show ever. Best lighting ever.

Terrific. Yates' calves are the best by far, though hardly ever mentioned...

With today's judging standards, small calves and big guts and rewarded.

Nasser makes both Roelly and Big Ramy look tiny, considering the dude was 5'11" and 280 pounds onstage. Then we had 6'1" and 290 pounds Paul Dillett and Dorian at 5'10" and 270 pounds. If they competed in todays Mr. O it would be 1st, 2nd and 3rd placing for them. Kevin, Shawn and Flex would round out that top 6.

20 years ago and so much better....is there any sport that is regressing at the same rate?

I would have them beating everyone in the 2016 O lineup. Not a gut to be seen. Then Phil Dexter and Shawn.

Yeh, you own my mind ::)

Phil would definitely be lost in that line up.
